The purpose of this meeting is for the review of process for scheduling subcommittee meeting, setting priorities for listening sessions/presentations, begin inventory of best practices for each focus area, and review examples for recommendations.

Persons attending this meeting in-person will be given an opportunity to provide public comment during the designated public comment period provided that if a person is attending the meeting in person a speaker card is filled out at the meeting.
