Persons attending this meeting in-person and via TEAMS will be given an opportunity to provide public comment during the designated public comment period provided that if a person is attending the meeting in person a blue speaker card is filled out at the meeting.
 
For persons attending this meeting via TEAMS, the Chair will only call on speakers using the “Raise Hand” feature located within the TEAMS app.  You can raise your hand by selecting “SHOW REACTIONS” in the meeting controls, and then selecting “RAISE YOUR HAND”. You must have a microphone, video camera, and speakers on your computer to participate with the “Raise Hand” function.
