Enter / Exit through the Laura Street entrance. Use the grand staircase or the elevators to access the conference level. Continue past the glass doors to enter the Conference Center. Signage throughout the entry pathway will indicate directions to the Conference Center Multipurpose Room, which is on the left side of the hallway.
 
Persons attending this meeting in-person will be given an opportunity to provide public comment during the designated public comment period provided that if a person is attending the meeting in person a blue speaker card is filled out at the meeting. 
 
For persons attending this meeting via Zoom, the Chair will only call on speakers using the “Raise Hand” feature located within the Zoom app.  Click on “Participants” button at the bottom of the screen and then scroll down and click on “Raise Hand.”  You must have a microphone, video camera, and speakers on your computer to participate with the “Raise Hand” function.
