NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor’s Council on Fitness & Well Being will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, November 3rd at 12:30 p.m.  The meeting will be held at the Ed ball Building, 214 N. Hogan Street, 8th Floor, Suite 851, Jacksonville, FL 32202.  We will have a hybrid format: Zoom + in-person. DIA Lunch & Learn Workshop

Notice is hereby given that the City of Jacksonville Downtown Investment Authority (“DIA”) is hosting a hybrid virtual/in-person Lunch & Learn workshop meeting on Monday, November 1st, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:15 p.m. in the Lynwood Roberts Room located on the first floor of City Hall and via the Zoom US computer application.  The purpose of the meeting is for the DIA staff to provide information to City Council members and Council staff, and to answer their questions, about proposed Ordinance 2021-796 (authorizing a redevelopment agreement with Fuqua Acquisitions, II, LLC for the construction of a phased multifamily, retail and mixed-use development at One Riverside Ave. as well as the purchase of land to facilitate completion of the McCoy’s Creek CIP project).

The DIA will be providing sandwich platters as well as beverages.

Notice is hereby given that the Jacksonville Housing Authority (JHA) AND the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Council 79 (Union) will meet at 1300 N. Broad Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202 on Thursday, October 28, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. to discuss the collective bargaining agreement. Representatives from JHA and the Union will attend in person.  The public is invited to attend this meeting in person.

Notice is hereby given that the Public Service Grant Council will meet in a hybrid in-person/virtual meeting on October 25, 2021, at 3:00 PM. This meeting is offered in-person at the Ed Ball Building, 8th Floor Board Room 851, 214 N. Hogan Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202 and virtually through the Zoom video and audio application. The public is invited to attend this meeting in-person at the Ed Ball Building, 8th Floor Board Room or via the Zoom video and audio application.  
 
The purpose of this meeting is for the Public Service Grant Council to vote on ranking of the FY 2022 PSG Council funding.  The PSG Council agenda can be found at the following location:https://www.coj.net/departments/advisory-boards-and-commissions/public-service-grant-council.aspx or you may contact John Snyder by email at jsnyder@coj.net or by telephone at (904) 255-8202 to obtain a copy of the agenda and meeting materials.
