Mayor’s African American Advisory Board

Committee Duties: Mayor makes 11 appointments.  The African American community which comprises approximately 30% of the City’s population, desires to have a forum in which to communicate with and advise the City about matters regarding the African American community.  The purpose of the Mayor’s African American Advisory Board is to provide a means by which the City may obtain information and guidance concerning the African American community.

Meeting Date: 2nd Wednesday of each month in the Ed Ball Building, 1st Floor, Hearing Room, 9:30 a.m. (Meeting times and locations are subject to change.)
