Cultural Council’s Board of Directors’ Finance Committee

Notice is hereby given that the Cultural Council’s Board of Directors’ Finance Committee will meet on Friday, April 18, 2025, at 4:00 PM in-person at The Jessie Ball duPont Center at 40 East Adams Street, Suite 300 (duPont Fund large conference room) and virtually through Zoom. The public is invited to attend this meeting in-person or virtually. Please see the instructions on the following pages for details on accessing the meeting via Zoom. 
 

CDBG Service Week (Community Development Block Grant)

Board Retreat Follow-Up Meeting

Notice is hereby given that two Board members will meet in-person on April 23, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. as a follow-up to the Board Retreat in December. This meeting will take place in Room 209 and the agenda will be available 48 hours prior to the meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to examine the tools currently being used for Board and CEO evaluation and stakeholder input.

All members of City Boards and Commissions are required by local law to complete training provided by the City’s Ethics Office. This should be completed within six months of appointment and renewed at least once every four years. A completed knowledge check is required prior to training. Please reach out to the City’s Ethics office, ethics@coj.net,  or to your board’s City liaison for details.
