Notice is hereby given that The Fire Watch Council will meet via teleconference Monday, January 13, 2020, 1:00 pm.
Members and Public are invited to attend the teleconference discussion with Mr. Harris & Ms. Aligata (SAMHSA’s Service Members, Veterans, and Their Families Technical Assistance Center) regarding Crisis Intercept Mapping.
Members of the public can access the conference line: Conference Line: 1-866-805-9853 Conference Code: 155-731-5245#. Pursuant to Section 163.01(18), Florida Statutes, this meeting is being conducted through the use of communications media technology.
Additionally, those who unable to access the call can attend the meeting in communications media technology facility located on the 8th Floor Conference Room (851) of the Ed Ball Building (214 North Hogan Street).
Meetings are open to the public.
All constituent questions or inquires will be made a part of the permanent file and all efforts will be made to address the questions during noticed meetings of The Fire Watch Council. The Fire Watch is Northeast Florida’s fight to end veteran suicide. We are uniting our War Fighters and allies to swiftly activate local assets, stand watch, and build a life-saving network. To date, no city, county, or state has ever reduced its veteran suicide rate, and this effort is the first of its kind in the country. The City of Jacksonville serves as the fiscal agent for The Fire Watch Council.
