Pursuant to Section 163.01(18), Florida Statutes, this meeting is being conducted through the use of communications media technology. However, pursuant to State of Florida Emergency Order 20-69 and in an effort to encourage social distancing, a physical location with access to communications media technology will not be made available. Northeast Florida Fire Watch Council meetings are open to the public. All constituent questions or inquires will be made a part of the permanent file and all efforts will be made to address the questions during noticed meetings of the Northeast Florida Fire Watch Council. Interested persons who cannot attend this Zoom teleconference but who wish to submit public comments to be read during the public comment portion of the meeting regarding any matter on the agenda for consideration at the meeting may do so by emailing Nick Howland at
