Kids Hope Alliance Finance Committee Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Kids Hope Alliance Finance Committee will meet in-person meeting on May 12, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. This meeting is offered in-person at the Kids Hope Alliance Multi-Purpose Room. The purpose of this meeting is for the Kids Hope Alliance Finance Committee to consider and take action on items on the Kids Hope Alliance agenda which can be found at the following location: http://kidshopealliance.org/about-us/board-meetings/

 
Visitors must enter and be screened through the main entrance. At present, all visitors are subject to a COVID-19 screening upon entering any City of Jacksonville building. In addition, we ask that visitors wear a mask upon entry.
 
Persons attending this meeting in-person will be given an opportunity to provide public comment during the designated public comment period provided they fill out a blue speaker card at the meeting. Interested persons who cannot attend the meeting, but who wish to submit public comments to be read during the public comment period of the meeting regarding any matter on the agenda for consideration at the meeting may do so by emailing Cory Armstrong at CoryA@coj.net no later than Monday May 10th at 5:00 p.m.  
   

Please be advised that this meeting will also have a streaming only option in which to watch the meeting. People attending via the Zoom Webinar function will not be able to participate in the meeting, and will only be able to watch.
