CANCELLED - JHA Board Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Jacksonville Housing Authority (JHA) Board of Commissioners will meet via RingCentral teleconference or in person at 1300 N. Broad Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202 on, TUESDAY JANUARY 19, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. The public is invited to attend this meeting via RingCentral teleconference pursuant to State of Florida Executive Order 20-69 (Emergency Management-COVID-19-Local Government Public Meetings). Due to COVID-19 and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines social distancing requirements, only JHA members and JHA staff may attend the meeting at the physical location.

Interested persons who cannot attend this JHA Board of Commissioners RingCentral meeting but who wish to submit public comments to be read during the public comment portion of the meeting regarding any matter on the agenda for consideration at the meeting may do so by emailing Linda Sims at lsims@jaxha.org until 2:10 p.m. on the day of the meeting.  Public comments submitted by email must be received no later than 2:10 p.m. on the day of the meeting to be read during the public comment portion of the meeting. 
 
If you are using RingCentral for the first time, please give yourself time before the meeting starts to learn the program and be prepared. If you are unable to attend this virtual meeting it will be recorded and available on the JHA website within 48 hours after its conclusion at https://www.jaxha.org/meetings/board-of-commissioners-meetings.  If you would like to obtain a copy of the recording directly you can email your request to Linda Sims at lsims@jaxha.org.
