INSTRUCTIONS FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD DURING MEETING:
- All participants who wish to participate in public comment during the meeting will state their intention and provide their full name.
- The Chair will establish a time period for each speaker that is no more than 3 minutes per speaker.
- Speakers will wait to be recognized for public comment time period by the Chair.
- The Chair will call on speakers, by name, from individuals requesting to speak.
- The speaker will begin speaking after the Chair has recognized the speaker’s turn during the public comment period. The speaker will remain within the established time period.
