Notice is hereby given that the Transparency and Open Government Subcommittee of the Jacksonville Ethics Commission will meet Tuesday, October 23, 2012, at 4:30 p.m. in the Don Davis Room, First Floor - City Hall, St. James Building. This purpose of the meeting will be to discuss transparency in procurement and a brief update on texting/electronic communication.
