CCGJ Duval County Courthouse Plaza ASP Committee Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the ​Duval County Courthouse Plaza ASP​ will meet in-person at ​Duval County Courthouse,  7th Floor Chief Judge Chambers, on Thursday, November 19, 2020, at 12:15 p.m. To discuss Artists’ Selection Process.​  The public is invited to attend this meeting in-person at the physical meeting place location.   Due to COVID-19, CDC guidelines and social distancing requirements will be adhered to at the physical meeting place location, which in this case need to have the names of attending persons 24 hours in advance. 

The public may also attend this meeting via ZOOM teleconferencing.  For interested persons who desire to attend this meeting ZOOM teleconference (including by computer or telephone), the meeting access information is as follows:

Interested persons attending this meeting in-person or via Zoom will be given an opportunity to provide public comment during the designated public comment period.  

Interested persons who cannot attend this Art in Public Places Committee in-person or via ZOOM meeting but who wish to submit public comments to be read during the public comment period of the meeting regarding any matter on the agenda for consideration at the meeting may do so by emailing Hilda Ettedgui at hilda@culturalcouncil.org no later than one hour prior to the meeting time (or 11:00 AM) to be read during the public comment portion of the meeting.  
 
Additionally, those who are unable to access the call can attend the meeting in communications media technology facility located on the 8 th Floor Conference Room (853) of the Ed Ball Building (214 North Hogan Street). Meetings are open to the public.
