Re Notice of Suspension without Pay for Three Days (24 hours)
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office concluded a formal investigation on September 16, 2013, which resulted in this Lt. being charged with Failure to Conform to Work Standards. Further their investigation allegedly revealed that he violated provisions of the Rules and Regulations of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office as well as the Civil Service and Personnel Rules and Regulations. Following are the rules Lt. Schoonover has been charged with violating: General Order VII.6, Article II.V; DET 06-45.03 (B.20, 32 & 35); General Order XI.18, Article IV.A.3; and Civil Service and Personnel Rule 9.05(1)(a) and (f).
