On April 13, 2017, Mr. Gilbreath was suspended without pay pending separation for an unsatisfactory attendance record with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.  This is pursuant to Civil Service and Personnel Rules and Regulations 9.05(1)(l) and Rule 9.05(4)
