Per Sec. 655.122, the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) consists of three licensed traffic engineers who will assist in developing the Concurrency and Mobility Management System Handbook (Handbook) containing procedures, methodologies, and criteria for implementing its Mobility System. The Handbook will include assumptions and formula inputs used for calculating Mobility fees, based on the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) Trip Generation Manual. The TAC will review the draft Handbook and provide recommendations to the City Council committees before its final approval. The updated Handbook will be publicly available online and will be used by the CMMSO until the next update.
