Notice is hereby given that the Honorable William Bishop and the Honorable Richard Clark will meet with the Rules Committee and Finance Committee Members to discuss pending legislation 2012-212 and 2012-213 every Wednesday during the months of May and June at 5:00 PM, in the Council Chambers, 1^st Floor, City Hall at St. James, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida, 32202. 

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Kimberly Daniels will hold a meeting Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at  4:00 p.m., in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425 City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL 32202.  The meeting is to discuss all issues related to the courthouse including but not limited to sick building syndrome. The state attorney move to the adjacent building will be discussed.

Deadline to file application with the Duval County Tourist Development Council for grant funding for events beginning on or after July 1, 2012.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Bill Gulliford will meet with Council Member Warren Jones on Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at 11:30 a.m., in Conference Room B, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425 City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL 32202.  The meeting is to discuss his candidacy for Vice President of the City Council for the upcoming term.
