Notice is hereby given that the Honorable Greg Anderson, Chair of the Courthouse Oversight Special Committee, is calling a Courthouse Oversight Committee Meeting and will meet with the Committee members on Monday, May 14, 2012 at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chamber, 1^st Floor of City Hall, 117 W. Duval St, Jacksonville, Florida for an update on the Courthouse construction.

Notice is hereby given that Council Auditor Kirk Sherman and Council Member Greg Anderson will meet with Finance Audit Subcommittee Members, Richard Clark and John Crescimbeni on Monday, May 14, 2012, at 4:00 p.m. in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, on the 4th floor of City Hall St. James Building.

This meeting has been CANCELLED.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Clay Yarborough will meet with Council Member Warren Jones on Wednesday, May 9, 2012, at 4:30 p.m., in Conference Room B, located at 117 West Duval Street, 1^st Floor City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL 32202.  The meeting is to discuss Council Member Yarborough’s candidacy for Vice President of the City Council for the upcoming term.
