Notice is hereby given that Council Member Clay Yarborough will meet with Council Member Richard Clark on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at 3:30p.m., in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, City Hall St. James Building.  This meeting is to discuss Rondette Park.

Notice is hereby given that Finance Chair, Greg Anderson will meet with the Finance Committee Members in the Council Chambers located at 117 W. Duval St., 1^st Floor, St. James Building to discuss the 2013/2014 Budget.

Notice is hereby given that the subcommittee of the Metropolitan Ad Hoc Committee will meet on Wednesday, August 7^th, at 3 p.m. in Conference Room A, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, Jacksonville, FL 32202. The subcommittee has been formed to research and define various event categories for Metropolitan Park.

Notice is hereby given that members of the Information Technologies Division will meet with members of the Jacksonville City Council on Monday, August 5, 2013 from   10:00 – 11:00 am, and Wednesday, August 7, 2013, from 11:00 – noon, both times in the Data Center, located in the Ed Ball Building, 214 N. Hogan Street, 4th Floor,  Jacksonville, FL 32202.  The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the City’s technology vision and five year plan; and provide a tour of the City’s state of the art Data Center.

Notice is hereby given that the Honorable Lori Boyer, Chair of the Land Use and Zoning Committee will meet with the Committee members in a Workshop on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at 4:30 P.M. in the Council Chamber, 1^st Floor of City Hall, 117 W. Duval St, Jacksonville, Florida, and will continue to meet one half hour prior to every regularly scheduled LUZ meeting until further notice.
