Notice is hereby given that Council President Bill Gulliford, Chairman of the Duval County Tourist Development Council, will meet with the Tourist Development Council Members for the quarterly meeting scheduled for Thursday, August 15, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at City Hall at the St. James Building, 117 W. Duval Street, Fourth Floor, Suite 425, Conference Room A.

Notice is hereby given that Finance Chair, Greg Anderson will meet with the Finance Committee Members in the Council Chambers located at 117 W. Duval St., 1^st Floor, St. James Building to discuss the 2013/2014 Budget. The meeting is anticipated to have a 1 hour break for lunch.

Notice is hereby given that the Metropolitan Park and Urban Parks Ad Hoc Committee that includes Council Members Don Redman, Council Member Dr. Johnny Gaffney, Council Member Bill Gulliford, Council Member Lori Boyer and Council Member E. Denise Lee will meet Wednesday August 14 at 2 p.m. in Conference Room A, Suite 425, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss sound issues at Metropolitan Park and review proposed rules and proceedures for ticketed events in the park.

Notice is hereby given that Council President Bill Gulliford will meet with Council Member Denise Lee on Wednesday, August 14, at 1:30 p.m., in Conference Room B, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425 City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL 32202.  The meeting is to discuss  pending Ordinance 2013-417 regarding Public Comments.

Monthly meeting of the 2012 Value Adjustment Board.

Notice is hereby given that Jacksonville City Council Member John Crescimbeni, Chair of the City’s 2013 Value Adjustment Board and Board Members will meet Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at 8:00 am.  The meeting will be held in City Hall at St. James, 117 West Duval Street, 4^th Floor, Suite 425, Conference Room A.  The Board will be assembled to organize for the 2013 Value Adjustment Board Year.
