Notice is hereby given that Council Member Stephen Joost will meet with Council Member Denise Lee on Wednesday, June 11, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. in Conference Room B located on the 4^th floor of City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, Jacksonville, Florida, 32202.  The meeting will be regarding the Brentwood Golf Course.

Notice is hereby given that Council President William Gulliford, Jr., is calling a meeting of the Council Personnel Executive Committee (which is made up of Council President Bill Gulliford, Vice President Clay Yarborough, and Finance Chairman, Greg Anderson) on Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at 2:00 p.m., in Conference Room B, Council Offices, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, 4^th Floor- City Hall at St. James Bldg., Jacksonville, Florida 32202.  The meeting is being held to discuss the logistics for compensation of Assistant Council Auditor’s position in accordance with Ordinance Code. 

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Bill Bishop, will meet with Folks Huxford, Chief of Current Planning and Mike Sands, Chief of Development Services; Planning & Development Department and Jason Gabriel, Assistant General Counsel on 2013-64-E, Rawl’s Landing PUD, on Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at 1:30 p.m., in the Don Davis Room, 1^st Floor, City Hall at St. James. The purpose of the meeting is to review the permitting status and mitigation procedures.
