Notice is hereby given that Council President Bill Gulliford will meet with Council Member E. Denise Lee on Monday, June 23, 2014, at 3:00 p.m., in Conference Room B, located at 117 West Duval Street, 4th Floor, City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL 32202.  The meeting is being held to discuss the Hope Now Program and proposed legislation 2014-289.

Notice is hereby given that an Emergency Operations Presentation will be conducted by the City of Jacksonville’s Emergency Preparedness Director and staff from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm, Monday, June 23^rd, 2014 in the Lynwood Roberts Room, 1^st Floor, City Hall, 117 W. Duval St., Jacksonville, FL 32202.  Topics covered will include responsibilities of different city agencies and departments, evacuation routes, and flood prone areas.  All City Council Members and staff, representatives from the City of Jacksonville and other government agencies, as well as the public are invited to attend.

Notice is hereby given that Council President Bill Gulliford, Chairman of the Duval County Tourist Development Council (TDC), will meet with the Tourist Development Council Members for a special meeting scheduled on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at City Hall at the St. James Building, 117 W. Duval Street, City Council Conference Room A, Suite 425, Fourth Floor. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss recommendations of the TDC Policy Subcommittee.

Notice is hereby given that the Honorable Greg Anderson, Chair of the Courthouse Oversight Special Committee, is calling a Courthouse Oversight Committee Meeting and will meet with the Committee members on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. in Conference Room A, 4th Floor of City Hall, 117 W. Duval St, Jacksonville, Florida. The meeting will be a wrap-up session on the new Courthouse and renovation of the old Federal Courthouse for use by the State Attorney’s Office.
