Free Pet Adoptions at Winston Family YMCA and ACPS

Adoptions will be FREE* at both the Winston YMCA and the City shelter adoption center located at 2020 Forest Street. City Awarded Two State Grants to Strengthen Relationship with U.S. Military

Free Legal Counseling for Veterans

Through a partnership with Three Rivers Legal Services, Inc. (TRLS) and Equal Justice Works AmeriCorps, the City’s Military Affairs and Veterans Department will offer free legal counseling services to veterans and their families.
