Due to rapid community growth, these changes are being implemented to help Waste Pro provide quality service to Jacksonville residents. These changes do not affect apartment complexes, commercial businesses, multi-family housing communities, or other places that do not utilize residential waste collection services.

Affected residents will receive an updated calendar in the mail with their new collection schedules. Additionally, residents can type their address on the map tool linked below to see their current and new collection schedule.
