In accordance with Ordinance 2006-192-E, the start time of regular City Council meetings will change to 5:00 p.m., effective June 13, 2006. However, Comments from the Public will not begin before 6:00 p.m. Additionally, the Order of Business, unless altered by the discretion of the Council President, will be taken up in the following order:
