City of Jacksonville

Notice is hereby given that I (Lori N. Boyer, Council President) will convene a full Council Workshop with the Members of the Jacksonville City Council on Thursday, April 6, 2017, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 pm, in the City Council Chamber, located at, 117 West Duval Street, 1^st Floor - City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.  The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Pension Reform Legislation.  Mayor’s Office will present information regarding financial models, costs and answer questions. 

The Committee will adjourn no later than noon, regarding legislative matters, and reconvene immediately thereafter to consider special matters before the Committee.

The Committee will convene at 4:45 p.m. to consider special matters before the Committee, (unless pre-empted by an appeal hearing).  Legislative matters before the Committee will be considered beginning at 5:30 p.m.
