Boyer, Council President) will convene a full Council Workshop with the Members of the Jacksonville City Council on Thursday, April 6, 2017, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 pm, in the City Council Chamber, located at, 117 West Duval Street, 1st Floor - City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.
