Notice is hereby given that Council Member Kimberly Daniels will hold a meeting Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at  4:00 p.m., in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425 City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL 32202.  The meeting is to discuss all issues related to the courthouse including but not limited to sick building syndrome. The state attorney move to the adjacent building will be discussed.

Deadline to file application with the Duval County Tourist Development Council for grant funding for events beginning on or after July 1, 2012.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Bill Gulliford will meet with Council Member Warren Jones on Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at 11:30 a.m., in Conference Room B, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425 City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL 32202.  The meeting is to discuss his candidacy for Vice President of the City Council for the upcoming term.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Subcommittee of the Hemming Plaza Ad Hoc Committee will meet on Monday, April 30, 2012, at 3:30 p.m., in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425 City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL 32202.  The purpose of the meeting is to determine the need and benefit of going through the Request for Information process as well as development of a Request for Proposal for managing Hemming Plaza.
