Notice is hereby given that Council Member Clay Yarborough will not meet with Council Member Doyle Carter on Tuesday, May 1, at 9:00a.m., in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425 City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL 32202. The meeting was to discuss Council Member Yarborough’s candidacy for Vice President of the City Council for the upcoming term.
