Notice is hereby given that Council Member Dr. Johnny A. Gaffney will meet with Council Member Reginald Brown, Ted Carter (Executive Director of Economic Development), Joe Whitaker (Business Recruitment and Retention Coordinator) and Terrance Ashante-Barker (Director of Neighborhoods) on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at12:00 to discuss the Eastside Emporium Project in Conference Room B, located at 117 West Duval Street, 4th floor, City Hall St. James Building.   

Council Member Kimberly Daniels and Council Member Reggie Brown will be meeting with Affordable Housing Coordinator Darrell Griffin, Director of Neighborhoods Terrance Ashanta-Barker, Lawsikia Hodges of OGC, and Paige Johnston of OGC to discuss Duchee Stevens’ case. This meeting is open to all Council Members who are interested in this topic. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, June 25, 2013, at 10:30 a.m., in Conference Room A, Suite 425, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.

Duval St., 1^st Floor, St. James Building (1) to consider Ordinance 2013-371, Development Agreement with Bank of America, (2) and to review a memo from ITD, Pursuant to Ordinance 2005-483-E, regarding Modification of Project Description, in order to reallocate previously appropriated funds from Ord 2011-405-E (Budget Bill) for ITD projects.
