As Chair of the St. Johns River Issues Subcommittee, I am hereby scheduling a meeting for Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at 10:00 AM., Conference Room A, 117 West Duval Street, 4^th Floor, Suite 425, Jacksonville, FL  32202. 

Notice is hereby given that Council Member John Crescimbeni, Chair of the St. Johns River Ferry Commission, will meet with the Members of the St. Johns River Ferry Commission. The meeting will be held on Monday, September 9, 2013 at 4:00 p.m., in Conference Room A,  4^th Floor, Suite 425 – City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida, 32202.  The purpose of the meeting is to continue discussions on the Ferry budget and HMS Contract.

Notice is hereby given that the TRUE Commission will hold its monthly meeting on the first Thursday of each month at 4:00 p.m. in City Council Chamber, 1^st Floor, City Hall at St. James located at 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville FL. 

Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the TRUE Commission’s Performance Committee on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. in City Council Conference Room B, Suite 425, City Hall at St. James, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville FL for the purpose of discussing a report on City pension issues.

Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the TRUE Commission’s Audit Committee on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. in City Council Conference Room B, Suite 425, City Hall at St. James, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville FL for the purpose of discussing recently released Council Auditor’s Office reports.

This meeting has been CANCELLED as the remaining Budget issues will be handled in the Special Finance Committee meeting scheduled for the same time.

Notice is hereby given that the Task Force on Consolidated Government Chair, Council Member Lori Boyer will meet with the Task Force Members in the Council Chamber located at 117 W. Duval St., 1^st Floor, City Hall - St. James Building on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at 9:00 A.M.  Notification of additional meetings will follow when scheduled.  Please mark your calendars accordingly.
