Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Council will be held on Monday, July 17, 2017 in the Council Chambers, 1st Floor, City Hall, St. James Building, located at 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida at 9:00 am. The Honorable Mayor Lenny Curry will present the 2017-2018 Annual Budget address to the Jacksonville City Council. The Neighborhoods, Community Services, Public Health and Safety Committee Agenda Meeting will begin immediately after the budget presentation.
