Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Council will be held on Monday, July 17, 2017 in the Council Chambers, 1^st Floor, City Hall, St. James Building, located at 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida at 9:00 am.  The Honorable Mayor Lenny Curry will present the 2017-2018 Annual Budget address to the Jacksonville City Council. The Neighborhoods, Community Services, Public Health and Safety Committee Agenda Meeting will begin immediately after the budget presentation.
