Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Council will be held on Monday, July 15, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chamber, 1st Floor, City Hall, St. James Building, located at 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida. The purpose of the meeting is for the Honorable Mayor Donna Deegan to present the 2024-2025 Budget Address to the Jacksonville City Council.
