If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he/she will have to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Individuals needing materials in alternate format, sign language interpreter, or other meeting information, call at least three working days prior to the meeting. Notice is also given that two or more members of the Jacksonville City Council and other entities covered under Chapter 286, Florida Statutes, may attend and speak at the meeting.
