Jacksonville City Council Member Al Ferraro will be interviewing Jacksonville’s first African-American oral and maxillofacial surgeon – Dr. Marvin Wells – about his life experiences and career. The interview will take place in the Jacksonville City Council Chamber at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 26th and will be broadcast on Xfinity and AT&T government access channel 99.
