Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. the Downtown Development Review Board will hear and remand from City Council of Appeal of 2017-673, known as the Ventures Residential Development – Southbank. This is an appeal of action taken by the Downtown Development Review Board (“DDRB”) regarding DDRB Application #2016-015. This meeting is scheduled to be held in the Lynwood Roberts Room, located at 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202 on the 1st F1oor of the City Hall at St James Building.
