Notice is hereby given that Council President Boyer will meet with Council Member Becton on Friday, July 29, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. in Conference Room B, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, Jacksonville, FL 32202. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the San Marco Overlay bill 2016-367 and other LUZ matters.
2016-367 - ORD-MC Amend Chapt 656 (Zoning Code), Part 3 (Schedule of Dist Regs), Subpart F (PUD), Secs 656.340 (PUD) & 656.341 (Procedures), Ord Code & Subpart M (San Marco Overlay Zone), Secs 656.399.4, 656.399.6 & 656.399.7 to Clarify that any Proposed or Amended Existing PUD within the San Marco Overlay Zone is Prohibited from Waiving or Altering any Standard or Requiremt set out in said Overlay; Auth Ofc of Gen Counsel to insert Effective Date.
