Notice is hereby given that Council Member Joyce Morgan will hold a noticed meeting Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. in City Council Conference Room A, 117 West Duval Street, 4th Floor, St. James Building Jacksonville, Florida 32202. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss 2019-0879 regarding the proposed revisions to the Renew Arlington Zoning Overlay which contains an abbreviated process for plan review for signs, fencing, and landscaping within the Renew Arlington Zoning Overlay area. All Council Members and interested parties are welcome to attend.
