Notice is hereby given that Council Member Matt Carlucci will hold a Noticed Member to Member Meeting on October 12, 2021, at 1:30 pm in the Lynwood Roberts Room at City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202. In the interest of greater transparency and accountability, this meeting will be held to discuss the nature of the in-and-out emergency action on 2021-764 and the merits of allowing this appropriation of $4.6 million in American Rescue Plan (ARP) funding to proceed through the normal committee cycle.
