Notice is hereby given that Council Member Raul Arias will meet with Council Member Joe Carlucci on Monday, October 9, 2023, 11:00 A.M. in the Henery Cook Room, located at 117 West Duval Street, 1st Floor, City Hall St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL 32202. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the public issue of homelessness. This meeting is open to the public.
