Notice is hereby given that Council Member Reginald Gaffney will meet with personnel from the Office of General Counsel and Office of Economic Development (OED). The meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2016, at 1:00 p.m., in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, 4th Floor- Suite 425 - City Hall St James Bldg., Jacksonville, Florida 32202. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the EB-5 Project, investment tool utilizing foreign funds.
