Notice is hereby given that Council Member Bill Gulliford will hold a meeting to discuss Amending Council Rules to add a provision for censure or reprimand of council members who violate rules of conduct and/or act in ways unbecoming of a member of the Council.  Additionally, consideration will be given to potential changes to other Rules of the Council. The meeting will be held on Tuesday February 19, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. in the Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, City Hall, Fourth Floor, St. James Building.  The purpose of this meeting is to propose changes for Council Rules.
