Denise Lee (District 8) will meet on Monday, October 20, 2009 at 11:15 a.m. If the RULES committee meeting is still in progress at 11:15 a.m., then Council Members Brown and Lee will meet IMMEDIATELY AFTER the RULES COMMITTEE MEETING. The meeting will take place in Conference Room B, at 117 W. Duval Street, Suite 425, St. James Building in Jacksonville, Florida 32202, to discuss bill number 2009-0651 (landscape improvements along Ribault Scenic Dr. from Howell Dr. to Winton Dr. and along Winton Dr. from Moncrief Rd. W. to Van Gundy Rd.) and community beautification projects in council districts 8 and 10.
