Notice is hereby given that Council Member Joyce Morgan will host a meeting on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the Conference Room A, located on the 4th floor of City Hall St. James Building at 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202. The purpose of the meeting is to review Bill 2019-879, creating a consolidated plan review process for helping those property owners faced with the mandatory compliance deadline for fencing, landscape buffers and signage. All City Council Members and interested parties are invited to attend.
