Notice is hereby given that Council Member Matt Carlucci has requested to have a noticed meeting with Council Vice President Tommy Hazouri on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. in Conference Room A, located in City Hall at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, Jacksonville, FL 32202. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss 2019-2020 City Council Leadership and other issues.
