Bill Summary: This ordinance amends Section 745.105 (Changing Names of Public Streets by Ordinance; Honorary Street Designations by Ordinance), Chapter 745 (Addressing and Street Naming Regulations), Ordinance Code, requiring a petition to be signed by all owners of property abutting the street with the proposed change in name and adding additional criteria for renaming a street after a person.
