Notice is hereby given that Council Member Reginald Brown will meet with Council Member Doyle Carter, and representatives from the Parks and Recreation Department, Jacksonville Journey and the Mayor’s office on Friday, Nov. 8th at 1 p.m. in Conference Room B located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, City Hall St. James Building. This meeting is to discuss the events regarding a passive park and kayak launch on Bakersfield Drive. All Council Members and interested parties are invited to attend.
