Council Member Lori N. Boyer will be meeting with Council Member Warren Jones, to discuss proposed ordinance 2012-141 amending Ordinance Code Chapter 656 in Part 7 – Nonconforming Lots, Uses and Structure reducing from 12 consecutive months to 6 consecutive months the period of time in which the non-use of a non-conforming structure triggers the loss of a grandfathering exemption for the structure. This meeting is open to all Council Members who are interested in this topic. The meeting will take place on Wednesday, March 21, at 1:00 p.m., in Conference Room A, Suite 425, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.
