Notice is hereby given that Council Member Joyce Morgan will hold a noticed town hall meeting on Monday, August 26, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at Ft. Caroline Presbyterian Church, located at 3754 University Club Blvd. Jacksonville, Florida 32277. The purpose of this meeting is to provide the residents of City Council District 1 with community updates.
